Can’t stop, won’t stop

I’m a doctor from India. I’ve always loved art and used to do well at it in my school years, but as I took on my professional courses I forgot all about it
When the first wave of COVID came, I found myself trying to paint with some rudimentary supplies to keep myself occupied in the lockdown when I was not on duty

I slowly started watching tutorials and trying more complex paintings, which resulted in this painting. I liked this picture of an Afghan girl with startlingly beautiful eyes, and felt like I should take up this challenge to paint such a beauty.
My challenge was basically to believe in myself, and to take a plunge into previously unexplored areas, along with finding time for painting itself.
I love the videos of the old masters academy I found on YouTube, and I feel my art could improve a whole lot with guidance
