Since You Went To Heaven

My life completely changed last June, when my lovely, lovable, beautiful, beloved daughter went to Heaven… Since then I started to paint. My PAINtings are a piece of me and, I hope, they represent and spread the unconditional love, kindness, beauty, patience, and courage she represents. Without painting I would be submerged by pain.

I just started with oil paint. The photo I’m submitting is my first painting in oil and still a work in progress. I would like to learn how to use the mediums and the different techniques. I’m particularly interested in glazing, portraits, and realistic paintings.

I want to find my style after I’ve learned from the masters.
