I’m Hans and i am an autodidact painter. In my latest work, 200x300cm, i try to look en learn from Michael Angelo’s technic. It will be called the Battle 2.

I had an accident in 2016 with my left thumb, which i cut off with a circular-saw. A quick operation saved my thumb, but being a ‘lefty’ , drawing and painting will never be the same for me. The thumb is cold and stiff. I tried to draw and paint with my right hand but it doesn’t do what i see or visualize.

My home is my workshop. I have space for my chair and tveat in my chair and have a bed in my sleeping and a bed in my fully packed sleeping-room. My living room is 30m2 also packed with paintings and my 4 studio easels. So i work at 6-8 paintings at the same time. 2 easels are handmade by me. In the summer i can work in my garden.

All i’m missing now is the technic to lift my work to a next level.

The next painting is the battle between heaven and Hell called the Battle 1.
It is oilpaint on linen,185x 135cm, and clearly missing this course.

I don’t have the finances to pay for this excellent course (like most artists) but still need it to grow.
I hope on enough votes to select me.
