I always wonder the way old masters render the things, the way the brush stokes apply giving a luminous effect, but when you close up it all brush strokes, thick pigments of colours as we can seen in portraits of Rembrandt (the dutch master). I want to recall that academics in my work 21st century.

Having two kids, one just a year old, it is challenging at times to get time to sit and complete a drawing or sketch at one go. Thankfully, I have friends request me to do a piece of art or I ask them what they would like me to do for them.
